Marisa Cuomo Costa d'Amalfi Rosato

Marisa Cuomo’s 10 hectares of terraced vines lay scattered against the Tyrrhenian Sea, benefiting from radiant sun exposure and saline-tinged sea breezes. Post-harvest, fruit is brought to the cantina, which was built into the side of a massive cliffside rock. The Costa d’Amalfi Rosato is a 50/50 blend of Piedirosso and Aglianico, both grown in dolomitic limestone soil. The final wine oozes with flavors of red currant, strawberry, and pomegranate, along with hints of Mediterranean herbs. Structured and balanced, this bottle is the ideal ‘food rosé,’ and pairs with a variety of cuisines and dishes.

Pairing ideas: Although insanely drinkable on its own, the structured backbone and savory acidity within this bottle make our palates salivate for something to snack on. Pair with olive tapenades, charcuterie boards, or caramelized onion tartlets.
