How are the wines selected for The Grand Tour (TGT)?
Dustin and the team at Verve Wine run focused tastings of wines from all over the featured region and narrow the selections down based on what best represents that place and over-delivers for the price.


Do I get to choose the kind of wines in the monthly box? (What if I don’t like whites/reds/etc.)
The monthly TGT box is a curation of wines from the given region. The types of wines offered each month will change depending on what we feel deserves to be highlighted in the featured region the region being featured. If you are looking for to purchase specific wines, for purchase please visit vervewine.com for a wide array of bottles available a la carte available wines.


What if there is a problem with one of the wines?
We strongly believe that proper storage is crucial to maintain the quality of wine. If you have any questions about proper wine storage practices, please email us at tgt@vervewine.com. If you feel there is an issue with the way your wine arrived, please email us at the same address and we’ll figure it out together.


Do you ship in the summer months or to warm areas?
We fully understand the concern of shipping wine in warm weather. We will take every precaution to ensure that your wine arrives to you quickly, safely, and in prime condition. We also understand that waiting for the warm weather to go away to finally receive your wine is no fun at all. So we ultimately will leave this choice up to you. If you would like, we are happy to hold your shipments for you any time that you’d like. Simply email us at tgt@vervewine.com to let us know that you’d like to put your shipments on hold and we’ll work it out together.


How do I pause/cancel my subscription?
Log into your account on grandtourwine.com and click to manage your subscription from the accounts page. If you have any questions or concerns about paused or canceled orders, please reach out to us at tgt@vervewine.com.


What if I’m not home to accept the delivery?
A person of 21 years of age must be present to accept delivery.


Can I ship to my work address?
Yes.


I signed up but when will my box ship out?
Cutoff times for signing up for a given featured region will be posted on the grandtourwine.com website each month. The cutoff date for signup may fluctuate monthly, but generally speaking, you will have until about the 3rd week of a given month to sign up for the following month’s shipment. Shipments will be sent at the beginning of each month.


How do I change my credit card info?
You can change your credit card info in your account page.
